Pine Point
My wife and I decided to add a second story to our condominium cottage. We had enlisted the aid of Salmon Falls Architecture to design the project for us. After a series of issues with the original contractor, Salmon Falls was kind enough to intervene and introduce us to Carl & Denise Chretien of Chretien Construction.
They willingly took on a project that from the beginning that had a series of unique situations. They were undaunted in overcoming the challenges that arose with professionalism and poise.
We could not be more impressed with their knowledge of current building techniques. Also, their knowledge of new building materials proved invaluable in the building process with regard to energy savings. During the construction process, Carl and Denise kept us involved and also made several very good suggestions regarding aesthetic details that added greatly to the overall success of the project.
In closing we must say that the finished product, greatly exceeded our expectations in every way, looking even better than we had pictured it in our minds. Both Salmon Falls and Carl & Denise are to be complemented on their innovative methods and problem solving techniques. This enabled the project to flow to an easy completion. The second floor addition looks as if it were part of the original structure. Fit and finish were exceptional. Transitioning from the first floor to the second was seamless.
We would highly recommend both Salmon Falls Architecture and Chretien Construction for any work one may have in the future.
